This book is dedicated to winning Soviet Republics, which later became part of the USSR and is continuing and the fourth publication in a large series «encyclopedia of Soviet awards» (first book «the Order of Lenin” was released in 2005, the second «Order of the red banner" in 2006, third «order of the red Star" - in 2008).
