Medal in memory of the 50th anniversary of the Mongolian People's Revolution

Bronze, gilding, enamel. The original medal is in excellent condition. The obverse side of the medal is a five-pointed star covered with red enamel, located against a background of golden rays radiating in the form of a five-pointed polished star, the ends of which are placed between the ends of a red star. In the middle of the red star is a golden image of "Soembo". At the bottom of the star is the date "1921-1971". There are convex metal sides along the edge of the star. The medal is connected with a five-pointed shoe with the help of an eyelet and a ring. The width of the shoe is 32 mm, the height of the shoe is 25 mm. In the middle of the shoe there are 5 longitudinal yellow stripes with a width of 1 mm. The distance between the strips is 2 mm. The shoe itself is covered with red enamel. Mongol ardyn huvsgalyn 50 zhilin oin medal)— The Medal of Honor of the Mongolian People's Republic was established by the Decree of the Presidium of the Great People's Hural of the People's Republic of Mongolia on June 9, 1970.
